“In Celente’s latest forecast, titled, The First Great War of the 21st Century—Prepare, Survive, Prevail, he paints a bleak picture for 2012, predicting a worsening of class warfare that already wages within more than a dozen countries, from Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen, Syria, Bahrain and Qatar to the UK, Greece and Italy, which will eventually spread to eastern Europe/central Asia and more intensely in the United States.”

Comment: Everything happens exactly as in Marxist theory. The strengthening of class struggle will lead to the liberation of the masses from the power of capital. Only, it is desirable that it should happen in a peaceful way, through realizing the need to change our attitude toward society and the world from egoistic to unified, as required by global integral nature.
We have lost sight of the fundamental transformation that the world is undergoing and of where conventional modes of decision-making have become outdated. What we clearly need are new models for global, regional, national and business decision-making which truly reflect that the context for decision-making has been altered – in unprecedented ways.

“Let me outline the four new models I consider ‘musts’ if we are to successfully push beyond the current impasse in addressing the critical challenges.

“First, a new model is needed to account for the fundamental power shifts that have already and are continuing to take place. I am thinking not only of the seismic shifts of geopolitical and geo-economic power from West to East and from North to South, but also of the need to integrate new non-state actors who want to have their say and the capability to do so. Power has become much more distributed.

“Thus, we need new models where governance processes on all levels integrate these newcomers in the most collaborative way. In the old world, it was hard power – hierarchical power – that was decisive. Then came soft power – the capability to have a convincing message. But today, we need to integrate empowered newcomers in what I call ‘collaborative power’ – the capability to exercise collaborative power will determine the future on the business, national, regional and global levels.

“A second new model is needed to acknowledge that we live together in a multicultural, multi-ethnic and multi-religious world. Prevailing values will have to increasingly accommodate diversity with substantial challenges for national and individual identities. We will only make lasting progress by recognizing that we are different but interdependent. Thus, we have to cultivate a much greater feeling of regional and global togetherness.

“A third new model is needed to seriously address the social impact of globalization and the new wave of technological innovation. Growing inequities within and between countries and rising unemployment are no longer sustainable and are triggering social protests, as witnessed throughout the world. We must rethink our traditional notions of economic growth and global competitiveness, not only by focusing on growth rates and market penetration, but also, equally – if not more importantly – by assessing the quality of economic growth.

“How is growth to be achieved in the future? How sustainable is it and at what cost to the environment? How are the gains distributed? What has become of the family and community fabric, as well as of our culture and heritage? The time has come to embrace a much more holistic, inclusive and qualitative approach to economic development, based on the ‘stakeholder’ and not on a pure ‘shareholder’ concept.

“We need a fourth new model for job creation. The global economy is growing more slowly, productivity is still making substantial progress and unemployment is skyrocketing. We also know that hundreds of millions of people will enter the job market in the next decade. In addition to the productivity increases driven by greater resource efficiency, the industry model is changing and moving upscale, where fewer people can produce much more value.

“The key to mitigating a catastrophic situation is to provide young people with the capability to create their own jobs: to move from the pure concept of unemployment to the concept of micro-entrepreneurship. This will require fundamental changes in educational systems, nurturing a societal spirit of entrepreneurial risk-taking, allowing true gender equality – to integrate the other half of hidden talents – and making innovation and the support of innovation a key imperative in public and private life. The success of any national and business model for competitiveness in the future will be less based on capital and much more based on talent. I define this transition as moving from capitalism to ‘talentism’.

“I have outlined only four of the new models that form part of the great transformation regionally and globally to illustrate that we are at a historic inflection point. In Davos, we will discuss many more aspects of the great transformation, particularly how they create new business models.

“To respond to the expectations of the young generation, we have to provide them with the hope and confidence that they will not have to pay for the mistakes and excesses of the present generation. There is a tipping point where velocity, interconnectivity and complexity become so pervasive that the whole system collapses, regardless of whether certain elements at the surface have been addressed.”

Comment: Frankly, I have heard a lot of enthusiastic feedback about this lecture, but, after reading it, I became disappointed. Doubtless, it is necessary to do the following:

1. Develop a new economic model of rational consumption

2. Distribute the limited amount of work that will remain after the economic bubble bursts and with the excessive production capacity

3. Create a system where people are occupied with integral education and upbringing, rather than with production activities

4. Restructure welfare and social relations upon the new meaning

Until we begin to implement these objectives, the crisis will not leave us. After all, it reveals the flaws in our system.

“The report also suggests that in poor countries, where investments in active labour market programmes are much lower or virtually non-existent, the death toll brought on by the financial meltdown would be much worse….

“The study, entitled The public health effect of economic crisis and alternative government policy responses in Europe: an empirical analysis was written in the wake of concerns that health might suffer as a result of the financial crisis….

“The International Monetary Fund predicts 3.3% growth in the global economy this year, and when I was at the IMF ten years ago we considered 3.5% growth in the global economy as the borderline between normal growth and recession. We are on the brink of a global recession.”

My Comment: We have been talking about the crisis for years; there is nothing new. It speaks only of shortsightedness.

“The big question is whether there will be a recession in Europe or whether we are facing a financial crisis. If there is a financial crisis in Europe, then so many things could happen such as Greece going bankrupt, or actually leaving the euro bloc with other countries following after. It’s hard to know.”

My Comment: The crisis will be financial; so be prepared for the worst because today none of the “decision makers” thinks about the transition towards an integral economy.

“The good part of the story is that they realize that they too don’t know what will happen to them if they keep the current framework. I was certain when I returned from the IMF Annual Meeting that the situation was difficult and bad, and they that didn’t understand what was happening there. Meanwhile, the European Central Bank has taken creative steps to deal with the liquidity and debt problem. There’s an improvement, but there is still uncertainty.”

My Comment: They will do nothing and will be able to do nothing, as has been the case in recent years due to lack of understanding of the trend of human development.

“Yossi Bachar [Israel Discount Bank Chairman] wants to send me messages, and finds it more convenient to use this stage. That’s fine. He wants to tell me that the capital adequacy ratio must not be raised. So I say to him: The Bank of Israel must not avoid raising it. There is the question of the rate of increase; we are aware of the problem, and I’m not fond of the expression ‘choking credit’, because that creates an unpleasant feeling, as though I’m strangling something, and I find that distasteful. We are aware of the problem.”

My Comment: This might be possible for a different small country, but not for Israel because it has the method of correction of the world, and without its interference the world will continue to slide down towards a Nazi regime and a world war.

“I respect Judaism, but this must change, the situation in which the Haredim [ultra-orthodox Jews], the fastest growing section of the population, does not participate in the workforce. Fewer than 40% of them work. This cannot continue, and it must be stopped. If it continues in the long term, it will be very hard for the economy to provide what people expect: life at a respectable standard.”

My Comment: If they enter the market now, you will get another half a million unemployed people, which will cost much more than today. We need to restrict various “political” subsidies instead of inviting them to the labor market.

“A new UN resolution to enshrine the importance of a couple of years of voluntary work for young people was urged by delegates including Maurice Lévy, chairman and chief executive of Publicis Groupe, as part of a CNBC-moderated debate on how to avert a lost generation of unemployed youth…

“The world needs 600 million new jobs in the next decade to cope with a rising population and the effects of the financial crisis, according to figures released earlier this week by the International Labor Organization.”

Comment: In this way, capitalists want to put the problem of unemployment on the shoulders of society. Moreover, the state should support the unemployed. But the world will not need new workers; on the contrary, unemployment will increase. A person should be engaged, not in useless work, which costs much more than the unemployment benefits, but in what will really help the community: in educating everybody about cooperation and mutual guarantee, which will bring balance with nature and the benefit for the world.

“‘Half a solution is not enough. It leaves the weaker members of the eurozone relegated to the status of third world countries that become highly indebted in a foreign currency,’ he added.

“Germany he said was now acting as the ‘taskmaster,’ instead of the IMF imposing tough fiscal discipline.

“‘This will generate both economic and political tensions that could destroy the political union,’ claimed Mr Soros who was speaking at the annual press lunch at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

“‘There is a real danger that the euro will undermine the political cohesion of the European Union.’

“Mr Soros said he was not sure whether European authorities had ‘deliberately prolonged the crisis atmosphere in order to maintain the pressure on these countries or if they had been driven to their course of action by divergent views which they could not reconcile in any other way.’

“‘Either way it is Germany that dictates European policy because at times of crisis the creditors are in the driver’s seat,’ he added. ‘The trouble is that the austerity that Germany wants to impose will push Europe into a deflationary debt spiral.’”

My Comment: Only an understanding of universal dependence will lead to the solution at a round table, as in a family, where we need to take into account the needs and abilities of all members as a whole. But for this, you must destroy all the barriers. The EU should unite fully. The risk of destruction promotes this. It requires the will and desire, explanatory work and education of the Europeans in the spirit of unity. Otherwise, Europe will collapse and become reduced to the state of a third.
In Bucharest they are becoming quite brutal. Our friends there are very worried. Overall, how should we view the suffering that the world experiences?

Answer: We must only disseminate materials about unity. And there are several rules in this regard:

-	We do not mix with anyone;
-	We are not “for” or “against”;
-	As educators, we relate to people very considerately and unsophisticated.

That is how we approach the situation, according to the principle, “Love will cover all sins.” It is necessary to reach consensus, conciliation, unity. This does not mean that everyone calms down and goes home, since in that case we would be against the protestors. No, we are for change. However, in all of history, methods like this have never brought about anything good.

We have live examples before our eyes: Egypt, Tunisia, and other countries. For example, what was the use of the spontaneous disorders in London? This approach does not bring anything good to anyone. And Egypt has become immersed in devastation and is left with nothing. So, disorders won’t help.

That is why we have to release explanatory brochures with materials about mutual guarantee, including our advice: communication, round tables, and integral upbringing.

But first of all, we must concisely describe the current situation: Why is this happening?

And in doing so we do not speak out against the government or anyone else. We are talking about a natural process, a regular phase of our evolution where the world is becoming global and interconnected.

So what should we do? We have to adapt to the new conditions. After all, there is no other way to go. The integral network is already expressing itself. It’s simply that previously we adapted instinctively, whereas now we must reach harmony with the changed world consciously, with our own awareness. This is our new level of development.

Next, we have to explain how to do this: by means of integral upbringing, with the help of a good environment, which will convince every person of the need to unite with others.

Romania is a pretty homogenous country. It is not home to different cultures living side by side—it’s not America or the united Europe, so there it’s easier to talk about unity. This approach will appease the people, will revitalize the country, and will give people work. People will rise in their consciousness and will understand what is happening. They will see for themselves that this is good for them, their children, their country, and people.

As a whole, we are only inviting everyone to unite, and no more than that. There are no hidden “fees,” dirty tricks, or attempts to make money off of someone. On the contrary, let them do everything themselves. Let them organize the learning process and build an environment according to the laws of nature, while collaborating with psychologists.

This is what we have to offer, especially considering that there are many countries standing at the threshold of the same kind of strife.

“The organisation has slashed its growth forecasts, and is now predicting a 0.3% contraction for the eurozone in 2012.

“’Escalation of the crisis would spare no-one,” the report’s author warned.

Referring to the eurozone crisis and its potential to impact growth in rich and poor countries, Andrew Burns said:

“’Developed and developing-country growth rates could fall by as much or more than in 2008/09.’

“’The importance of contingency planning cannot be stressed enough…’

“The World Bank’s Global Economics Prospects report says that slower growth is already visible in global trade and commodity prices.

“It said that declining commodity prices were better news for the developing world, although food security for the poorest countries was still a major concern…

“’Developing countries need to evaluate their vulnerabilities and prepare for further shocks, while there is still time,’ said World Bank chief economist Justin Yifu Lin.”

My Comment: Wouldn’t it be better if they would bend their heads and look for new recipes for salvation. Kabbalah is offering.
By and large, what the world is facing today is a systemic crisis, a tectonic process of global transformation….

“It should be said that the current global imbalances are on such a large scale that they cannot be dealt with within the framework of the existing system. It is true that market fluctuations can be overcome. Most countries have set out a range of tactical measures to respond to the acute manifestations of the crisis, with varying degrees of success. It is a visible manifestation of our transition to a new cultural, economic, technological and geopolitical era. The world is entering a period of turbulence, which will be prolonged and painful. We should not be under any illusions.”

My Comment: After diagnoses that we hear from everyone, there are no suggestions about the remedy, and the disease is advancing. We need to reach out to the leaders with our proposals. Although they sound a bit distant from reality, the same reality will finally force the leaders to review their opinions, and the sooner this takes places, the better it is for the world.

“Obama said ‘further borrowing is required to meet existing commitments.’

“The proposed increase would push the debt ceiling to $16.394 trillion.

The move by the Democratic president, who is seeking re-election in November, gives Congress 15 days to vote on a resolution of disapproval under terms of budget control legislation passed last year.

“‘The President’s runaway borrowing threatens the foundation of our economy and the financial future of every hardworking American,’ said Senator Jeff Sessions, the top Republican on the Senate Budget Committee.

“‘It brings our nation closer to what the chairs of his own fiscal commission called “the most predictable economic crisis in its history.”’”

Comment: A rabbit is unable to get away when hypnotized by a boa’s eyes. It understands this but tries not to think, desiring to be mesmerized and not hearing about the future, denying the possibility of changing its behavior.

“The Arvut Convention In Tel-Aviv: A Union Of People Determined To Unify The Whole World

“Even without the knowledge of Spanish, French or Turkish one can understand what the participants of the World Arvut Convention, along with almost two million people actively studying Kabbalah around the world, talk about and try to achieve. But the convention wasn’t just a three-day holiday and happy get-together; there were lessons and lectures there. Arvut Olami in Hebrew means global mutual responsibility. The idea is that when each one of us is able to be responsible for his friend, neighbour, and even a stranger, our world will truly become better. While some people see this as utopia, Kabbalists consider it a science.

“Dr. Michael Laitman explains, ‘Mutual guarantee is a strictly accurate method of balancing inner nature with outer one, and it has a huge number of formulas, graphs, numbers, and relationships. It is practical physics, the physics of balance, of our homeostasis with the external world. One the one hand, what Kabbalah says seems to be just another utopia, but on the other, we’ve reached a massive crisis in our economic relationships, the breaking up of the family, divorce, and drug abuse, an all-round crisis. So there is really no other way for humankind other than to transform itself into a society of mutual responsibility.’

“The total number of people studying Kabbalah nowadays is estimated to be two million people worldwide. There are men and women, and age and social status don’t matter here as modern Kabbalah practitioners think that it’s time to let go of ancient limitations because the world needs urgent corrections that are only possible by joint effort. Otherwise we are heading for huge suffering, and no one will be able to avoid it.

“Michael Sanilevich, CEO of “Kabbalah La’Am” says, ‘Just in this past year we’ve hosted 17 conventions. In Israel we’ve been organizing them since 2002, with everyone coming here. We have students from 107 countries, today we’ve got representatives from over 70 countries. Around 10 thousand people registered and we have four thousand connections over the Internet, and every connection is anywhere between several people to several hundred people.’

“Chanoch Milvitzky, a lawyer, says, ‘We have many students from Arabic countries. For obvious reasons, they do not advertise the fact that they study Kabbalah because in any case, this is related to Judaism, to Israel. We also have Muslim students living in Europe or America, and they don’t see any contradiction in this. We aren’t a religious movement, we aren’t mystics, and we offer a method of unifying the followers of different religions. For example, when Michael Laitman gives a lecture in a university anywhere in the world, he is primarily considered as a scientist rather than a rabbi.’

“A scientific approach to spiritual practices can be observed here, behind the scenes of the convention, where the mobile studio is organized. Not only do they feed live broadcast to a local cable TV channel and the Internet, but they also accompany the study materials and speeches with simultaneous translation into several languages at once.

“In the stationary studio situated in the suburbs of Tel Aviv, they shoot films and TV programs. The movement of Kabbalists Bnei Baruch has already received the United Nations representative status, and they are preparing a book in partnership with UNESCO, which is due to be released this upcoming summer.

“Kabbalah originated 5700 years ago. Modernization of the ancient practice, just as modernization of the world, once again fell on the shoulders of the Chosen Nation. It’s hardly a coincidence that the Judaic tradition interprets the notion of ‘chosen’ not as an opportunity to benefit from it but as having a bigger responsibility than other nations.

“Jurgen, one of the participants of the convention says, ‘In Germany we think that Israel is the center from which unity will originate. Our political system is failing; the European Union will soon dissolve. We will go back to Germany and show our people that new times are coming. They have to start from here. If Israel doesn’t come to mutual responsibility, others won’t be able to either.’

“Ten people from Turkey came to the convention. One representative of this country, Mutlu, emphasizes, ‘We are not interested in politics. In Turkey someone might look askew at us, so what? A lot of other people in my country are friendly towards Israel.’

“Olga from Sweden tells us, ‘I have a son who is 16 now. A few years ago he asked his classmates, “How’s life?” And he was told that life seems quite empty. These are children that have everything. In Sweden children have everything. And then I understood that if even to them life seems empty… It means we’re ready. We are ready.’”

On Tuesday, Seth Bogner, ARI Institute board member and US Executive Director, met with the staff of UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon. This meeting was a follow up to the meeting in September with the Deputy Secretary General Dr. Asha Rose Migiro. Mr. Bogner presented the Ari Institute’s Integral Education course for the people of the world. He also delivered our message that the crisis, approached constructively, can be an opportunity for a long-sought social and indeed global transformation.

<img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-39287" style="vertical-align: middle;" title="r.
On January 1, 2012 the Secretary General will begin his second term in which he is making Education a primary theme of his new administration. In his acceptance speech for his second term he underlined the need to “improve our ability to deliver as one” and “do more to connect the dots among the world’s challenges.”

The UN seems to be ready to listen to our message. They have requested our comments on the Secretary General’s educational plan and they have invited our collaboration going forward to help formulate their educational programs. A follow up meeting is already scheduled. While we cannot be sure of the outcome of our collaboration with the UN, we are very hopeful that the fact the UN is willing to listen to us is a big breakthrough we can use to our benefit to spread our message of unity to the world.

A letter from my student: My friends called me early this morning saying that they heard reports on the radio and television that the Occupy Wall Street movement has been closed down and the police carried out a nightly raid on Zuccotti Park (also known as the Freedom Plaza), “cleaning out” the occupants from the territory.

This made me scared: Could it really be that we’ve been “cut off” from being able to disseminate materials? It turned out that it was true: the protestors were disbanded by the “broom” that was supposed to remove just bums and drug-addicts from the square. But apparently, they went into a rage.

To be frank, the drug-addicts and bums interfered with the movement, despite the cleanliness of the actual “occupants.” They smoked up the park so bad, you could get high just from walking by. We watched the veil of thick, milky white fog above the park. Our women, who were giving out flyers, breathed in so much pot smoke that they left there feeling sick. They were literally nauseous.

Bums and drug-addicts are also people, and everyone likes to eat for free, while the park had enough food for everyone. Everyone could receive three very nice meals a day, even the people just walking around, having nothing to do with the protests. And generally speaking, life in the camp was not bad at all—people feed you, clean up after you, and entertain you, the press interviews you, people bring you free clothing and money, and much more. You can’t see or get anything like it for free anywhere. And most important, you’re together with people! That’s why everyone is there—for the feeling of belonging and unity, the feeling that someone cares about you….

But all of this “communism” ended and the affluent, local residents rejoiced that the “mess” is finally over. Last night the police attacked the camp, and it was not smart to put up any resistance, to say the least. Of course, everyone was offended because they threw out all the belongings of the camp’s inhabitants, including a library of 500 rare, old and new books, tents, our time-tested table which we kept in the library, and much more.

Cleaning is cleaning, and it was thorough, in a police kind of way. They don’t beat around the bush—there wasn’t much time till the morning. If they waited for everyone to finish packing up and leaving, they wouldn’t have seen the end of it, and it’s more difficult to get a dirty job done in broad daylight….

Bloomberg, the city mayor, justified the cleaning by the fact that the occupants created unsanitary conditions in the park, which annoyed the park’s owners and also deprived regular citizens from the opportunity to enjoy the area and the chess games as before because lovers of this ancient intellectual game used to peacefully sit in the park and it was their place for socialization and recreation.

In the afternoon I managed to make my way to Wall Street and look at everything with my own eyes, when people left their workplaces and were on the way home. At 5pm things looked completely different already, compared to the quiet and order that the police had set up in the morning. The park was filled by thousands of people, occupants who returned to the square feeling hurt, offended, and angry.

This mass, consisting of different people that united into a single “body” over the last two months, rang out with outrage and scandal. “This is what a police state looks like! We will overcome!” and so on. These were no longer separate declarations of small groups and half-crazed fanatics, but one loud voice of a wounded creature whose home has been destroyed and who has no one to complain to.

A mass of people also crowded around the park to support the occupants, or just to watch what was happening. TV station and police helicopters hovered above the buildings, illuminating the crowd. The projectors from different sides of the street made the whole event look like a theatrical show unfolding on stage. And the police weren’t very aggressive, as if they’ve done their job and now they can rub their hands together. And at the end of the day, aren’t they the 99%? After an hour on Wall Street and hanging around the crowd, it became clear that “no one was going anywhere.”

The bums and drug-addicts probably won’t come back to the park. But the occupants are already there, along with those sympathizing with them. And we’re not out of the picture either: Today we managed to give out a few hundred flyers. The weather is unusually warm and the park is beautiful, resembling a golden and ruby colored forest… As if the Creator has put up “level 2 decorations” for us, like in a computer game. And I think we’re taking a sharper turn—“the 99% and us. Together!

What will happen on Wall Street and all the cities in America tomorrow is unpredictable for now. But one thing is clear: we HAVE TO UNITE if we want to go through this second level without losses, with the right calculation, and to give everyone who has “occupied” us (and it’s really so) a way to the Light and fulfillment.
At first it seems unjust for the Creator to collect another’s debt from you for his sin. And Rabbi Elazar, son of Rabbi Shimon, says all the people in the world are responsible for one another, and each person brings merit or sin to the whole world with his deeds.

This is exactly what we are observing today: The Greeks have amassed debt and the Germans are reaping the sad results; the French are afraid, the Italians are on the verge, and so on. They are nothing but mutual guarantors who are responsible for one another. But how can that be?

The fact is that parts of a single system are inseparable from one another. It is we who draw a deterministic division between them, but in reality, in an integral, analog system, all the parts simultaneously depend on one another. And this system works only if the input, output, and all the inner processes are in balance.

The system has a multitude of mechanisms inside, which are welded together by a single interconnection. When an incoming impulse arrives, the entire system starts uniting and being corrected until it assimilates the disturbance completely. And then it generates an outgoing signal.

Thus, an analog complex is not just a conductor consisting of a chain of blocks (▢▢), similar to a discrete system. Rather, everything in it is welded together and the outgoing signal won’t arrive until the impulse received at the exit is processed completely, until the entire system assimilates it and lifts itself to a new level.

That is how our body works as well. Recently specialists have been creating more and more systems like this because the whole world is gradually taking on qualities of the general, analog structure. All of nature is a “round,” undivided system, and only man with his “square”, fragmentary perception is subjugated by egoism and does not understand the system’s responses.

As a result, humanity has always created linear systems for itself, until the clock struck and now we are seeing more and more clearly that everything around is interconnected and all parts of the universe interact in integral, analog mechanisms, comprising the single system of nature together.

This integral attitude of nature becomes revealed to us gradually. Each of us grew inside of his egoism and it is only today that we are discovering that we are all in one common, integral system.

We have to understand that the changes can only come from us, when every person realizes that he is an integral part of an integral system. That’s because in this system, the particular and the general are equal. Without this, we won’t find out how to treat nature correctly and will always suffer. We still don’t understand that the contradiction between the analog and discrete approaches elicits a big flaw in nature and brings us enormous troubles.

“Hübl thinks that Israel can and should become ‘the light for the nations’ because of Kabbalah. ‘I feel deep resonance with Kabbalah,’ he said. ‘Through it, it is possible to realize personal and global work.’

“During the autumn holidays, Hübl conducted a few conversations with Dr. Laitman, which were filmed for Channel 66. ‘This is a special visit,’ says Hübl. ‘I feel that something great and large-scale, something global begins here. In our time, it is nice to act alone, but the way of the group is much more reliable.’

“Hübl believes that in our time the epoch of separation gives way to the era of unity, and this will allow to create a strong social network of mutual support and giving at the international level. He and Dr. Laitman are working on this together.

“‘Our goal is to create a new perspective, a new state of consciousness, which is described in the plural, in the framework of the concept of we, simply because the time has come, and the world is confronted with the crises…’

“‘Ultimately, these are positive crises, urging us to change. However, many stubbornly cling to the past and are not ready to change anything. Suffering arises when we try to preserve the current state and make it a habit. Here is where the problem starts. The existing structures are collapsing, and this brings fear and threat. When a crack appears in the wall, you begin to fear, and at the same time, you see the light, breaking in from the other side…’

“‘People turn the spiritual quest into a hobby, but if they are honest with themselves, they will understand that they must change their priorities. Spirituality is a way of life. The other danger is to immerse oneself too deeply, without opening to the world outside. We are talking about a different level: to go deep inside, but remain open for the world,’ emphasizes Thomas Hübl.

“‘Nowadays,’ adds Dr. Laitman, ‘when the world finds itself in the network of global and integral connections, it becomes clear that the future of humanity lies in uniting into a single whole according to the principle of mutual guarantee.’

“‘Through our centers, located in more than 112 countries, we actively strengthen ties and cooperation with various organizations around the world, including Thomas Hübl’s Academy of Inner Science, as well as UNESCO and the UN to raise the value of unity and connection above all differences and divisions. This international cooperation, aimed at unification, will lead us along the correct path.’”

Question: An incident occurred in Tel Aviv where a woman saw a homeless man and decided not just to give him money, but to help him for real. She found him a job and took care of him, and then he killed her….

Answer: She took away a life of freedom from the vagabond. He sat on the street to his heart’s content, not worrying about what time of day it is, whether it’s morning, afternoon, or night, and not thinking about what was and what will be. He was above time and space, above all worries.

People will always throw some coins into his purse or give him something to eat…. The homeless are a special breed – they do not want to depend on anyone or anything. This is a wonderful feeling: I don’t care about anything.

“Where do you live?”
“On earth.”
“Do you have to get somewhere or get something done in time?”
“I don’t even have a watch. I don’t care what time it is.”
“But maybe you owe something to someone? Or someone owes you something?”
“Nothing of the sort.”

And now take a look at yourself: You have a million things to get done at the office and thousands of circumstances. People are calling you, expecting things from you, and your family is also demanding its share…. You simply have no idea what it’s like to be homeless. “Without a home” means without boundaries. I wish you could experience this careless sensation at least once in your life.

This is not a weekend or a vacation when you are also burdened with cares as well. A homeless person has everything tidy, he has no cares in his head and no boundaries, as if he is already floating in the clouds of the world to come.

And now someone comes and brings him down to earth, closes him up within four walls and forces him to live by schedule: wake up, wash up, shave, brush your teeth ,get dressed…. What kind of life is that?

We don’t understand these people, yet they live in a sensation that raises them above matter.

Question: How can we help these people?

Answer: To help someone does not mean to indulge yourself like the way people in Israel are who are trying to house Bedouins in apartments. The Bedouins don’t want to live within four walls and end up setting up their tents again right across the newly built neighborhood. Even if you give them a ten room apartment, they still won’t want it since they have their own ideas about what a household is.

When helping someone, you have to follow their desire rather than yours.

Question: So we should’t help people living in these conditions?

Answer: No. A person has everything he needs and he does not need anything more. If he needed housing, he would arrange it. But he does not want it. For him, setting up “his own corner” is already a restriction. It puts pressure on him. He likes sleeping any place that turns up and not worrying about the next moment.

Compared to him, we do not understand what freedom is. We are slaves while he is a master.
From the 4th part of the Daily Kabbalah Lesson 10/27/11, “The Love for the Creator and Love for the Created Beings”

“United under the banner ‘We are the 1 percent: We stand with the 99 percent,’ a band of entrepreneurs, trust fund babies, professionals and inheritors has taken to the web to share their abhorrence of corporate greed and support for tax code changes that would see them pay a higher share of their considerable wealth.

“Among other things, they’re posting their stories on a Tumblr page created by Wealth for the Common Good and Resource Generation, two groups dedicated to working for ‘fair taxation and just wealth distribution.’

“Farhad A. Ebrahimi, 33, who shares his inherited wealth through a charity that he founded, says he attends the Occupy Boston protest every day. … At the protest, he often wears a homemade T-shirt that reads: ‘I’m a member of the 1 percent and I fully support the 99 percent’ on the front, and, ‘Tax me, I’m good for it,’ on the back.”

My Comment: Thus, we are getting closer to understanding the solution to the question of shifting to a society of equal, reasonable consumption. Their funds should be used to organize a common, worldwide, integral upbringing for everyone, especially the unemployed, which will replace their working hours and have their studies be considered the same as work because there won’t be other work in the future!
The rich are forced to help the poor, while the poor manipulate the rich’s dependence on them….

Every economist in the world has his own opinion about the reasons for the economic crisis that is taking place. But we are forgetting that the crisis is not economic, but pertains to all of civilization: There is not one area of human activity that is not undergoing a crisis.

The crisis is happening in all of the social systems we have created: healthcare, public assistance, marriage and family, education and upbringing…. Undoubtedly, everyone started paying attention to the crisis when it became being expressed in the economic and financial realm because our survival depends on this directly. But to reveal its causes, we have to examine it as a whole, as a crisis of civilization.

The reason for the crisis is just one thing: every day, the world is becoming more interconnected and interdependent from within, by nature, and therefore, every day it is becoming more and more opposite to the external connections and culture that we have imposed on it in the form of separate countries, societies, opposing systems, and so forth. Precisely the difference between the world’s unity, which grows bigger every day, and the culture of separation we have created, is the crisis that is growing worse.

We are incapable of stopping the expression of the world’s inner globality and integrality. This is coming from its original nature, which we are unable to influence.

We also cannot observe the constantly growing opposition between the world’s inner structure, where its unity is being revealed, and the external one, humanity, where its divisions and contradictions are being expressed. This is evoking a multifaceted crisis inside of us.

The only solution to the problem of the developing crisis, our growing opposition to nature, lies in all of humanity’s gradual attainment of unity, mutual guarantee, and balance between humanity and nature, reasonable consumption. However, this contradicts our egoistic nature and therefore it is possible only when the environment exerts a wholesome, positive influence on every person.

For that, it is necessary to form a new social, personal consciousness that can be attained through universal global education and upbringing about the global, integral connection among all people that is being expressed in the world. To achieve this, every country has to decide to form an environment around its society, a setting for educational influence.

Creating a mass media system that involves scientists and experts who explain the new, global world, its new social laws, the need to follow them for the sake of survival, is the educational part. Creating large virtual and non-virtual connections that will pull people in, give them an example of unification and joy in it, is the part of upbringing.

Undoubtedly, by taking the first steps in this direction, we will immediately and clearly feel the crisis receding.

Baal HaSulam, “Peace in the World”: Do not be surprised if I mix together the well-being of a particular collective with the well-being of the whole world, because indeed, we have already come to such a degree that the whole world is considered one collective and one society. Meaning, because each person in the world draws his life’s marrow and his livelihood from all the people in the world, he is coerced to serve and care for the well-being of the whole world.

We have proven above that the total subordination of the individual to the collective is like a small wheel in a machine. He draws his life and his happiness from that collective, and therefore the well-being of the collective and his own well-being are one and the same, and vice-versa. Therefore, to the extent that a person is enslaved to himself, he necessarily becomes enslaved to the collective.

Does this mean we have been enslaved? Will it be necessary to subjugate every person and country to the demands of a specific regulation? Then where is freedom of the individual? Where are equality and justice, if they will coerce others to do something?

The issue here is that a new, all-enveloping system is gradually “dressing” upon our world and we are compelled to submit to it. There is no other way to go. We have to accept this global, integral system that is being revealed everywhere today. We have to help each other do this and even obligate one another because we depend on each other. No one can fence himself off from others and communicate with them “at a distance.” The world has become very small. We are drawing our resources from the same sources, we are all “knitted together.”

The system of global interconnection is imposing mandatory circumstances on us. However, it is not imposing arbitrary rule, but the principle of mutual guarantee. We have to take care of one another and at the same time we have the right to obligate one another to observe this principle. No one can use the advantage of force to impose his own will and laws on another. This is not talking about someone’s personal whims, but the will of the general, integral system that is expressing itself and imputing common obligations to all of us.

Because we are all totally interconnected, we have to get organized according to the universal system that nature is demonstrating to us. If someone does not accept it and does not leave us with any other alternative, we have to take care to ensure that he will nevertheless desire to adapt to the new conditions, if not by his own desire, then against his will.

How? Very simply. We will sever all connections with him, will isolate him, leaving him one-on-one with the global system. Today we don’t need wars or atom bombs. It’s enough to deprive a country of the vital arteries, to close off the channels through which it exports and imports goods and raw materials. We won’t buy its production and won’t trade with it, and the country will fall apart, including its industry, energy, and other systems.

Today not one nation can manage without others or shift to autonomous mode. That is how interconnected everything is. Therefore, we have to explain to societies, countries, and governments what they don’t understand yet: The only way we will survive is by observing the law of mutual guarantee, and in no other way.

Thus, the well-being of the whole world depends on the well-being of every society and every country, and vice versa. All of this leads to far-reaching consequences, which we cannot even imagine. Every person will feel that he depends on everyone in every way. Even when I prepare a cup of hot tea, the whole world participates in it together with me.

This situation is dictating a completely new worldview, a new sensation of the world to us. From here on I am entirely and fully under the power of others, directly dependent on them. And if I am aware of this, like an animal that cannot put food and drink into its own feeder, then the understanding of the system of mutual guarantee allows me to take my place in it like an obedient boy.

That is why it is so important to start educating people today. We all have to open our eyes to where we are.

The path there is not easy. We see this by Europe’s example, which is fighting the financial crisis. It’s leaders are having a very hard time understanding the meaning of what is happening. They blame one another, but in reality no one is guilty. It’s just that until now everyone behaved egoistically, but now we are being deprived of that possibility.

The same thing goes for our group. For the world the issue at stake is material life, whereas for us – it is spiritual life. We have to understand that spiritual life depends on the revelation of the system of mutual guarantee. We will begin to live spiritually only in it and thanks to it when we establish interconnection, harmony, fair distribution, and single-hearted relationships among all of us.

Then, from our degree of spiritual interaction, we will be able to pour this knowledge, this educational method into the world, onto the degree of material interaction, giving the world all of the abundance that will pass through us. With the help of upbringing, we will give people the vessels, while the Lights coming from us will fill them with the sensation of life.

In principle, the world already understands that it really has become “round,” but on the other hand, it still does not feel the entire extent of its interconnections. In the near future we will see with our own eyes that every person opposing mutual guarantee will be subject to very powerful blows. All of the “smart-alecs” who don’t want to create good relationships with others, who don’t aspire in the direction of order, interconnection, and mutuality – be it separate people or entire nations – will experience the negative consequences of their own gambles boomeranging back at them.
On the Day of Atonement, the Jewish Life Television (JLTV) channel, one of the largest Jewish television channels in North America, aired only three shows, repeating them one after the other:

A direct broadcast of the Yom Kippur service at Temple of the Arts in Beverly Hills, California;

A special “Kaddish – I am Here” symphony concert performed at Yad Vashem in memory of the victims of the Holocaust;

Several episodes of “Authentic Wisdom of Kabbalah,” in which my student Tony Kosinec explains the Path of Pain & Path of Light, and I answer questions about the upper force, evolution, and the study of Kabbalah. The shows also feature clips and music videos inspired by Kabbalah.

People accept our explanations in good will, but what next?

Answer: This is enough. First you give a person an explanation of the situation with the integral interconnection, informing him of the fact that in our global world it is inadmissible to give in to protectionism and isolationism. “It’s none of my business” is no longer a viable excuse. We are all interconnected like cogwheels whether we want it or not and there is no clutch pedal that could separate us from one another. There is no other way to go: We simply have to take one another into consideration, to understand the essence of mutual unification and the single human system. Only by mastering its laws will we be able to decide what we should do together from here on.

In the past we were separate and I was able to take anything I wanted from you for my own needs. But now, when we are welded together, I do not take away yet another “sack” from you, but simply move it around from one place to another in the common warehouse. And eventually, this will harm me.

We still don’t realize the meaning of “a single system.” If you don’t take all of its parts into consideration, then you cannot act. The world today is demonstrating the general interconnection to us, and this is just the first, smallest, most proximate spiritual level. Without ascending to it, we won’t be able to fix anything in our lives. From one day to the next, the external pressure will grow, the screws will tighten more, and the conditions of this first level will advance clearer, more precise demands to us.

Eventually we will have to get to know the single system, understand it, include it inside ourselves, and adjust ourselves on the inside to its laws. Then we will suddenly see abundance everywhere. As soon as we attain unity, the abundance will come to light. It will become apparent that peace and order reign everywhere, and we have reached peace on the first spiritual degree.

After that the next degree becomes revealed, and we are again faced by disorder, injustice, chaos…. That is how we continually discover our non-conformity to the following level of ascent.
