Dear Friends, please ask questions about these passages from the great Kabbalists. I promise to answer them. The commentaries in brackets are mine.
What Is The Basis of the Wisdom of Kabbalah?
What is the wisdom of Kabbalah? As a whole, the wisdom of Kabbalah concerns the revelation of Godliness, arranged on its path in all its aspects—those that have emerged in the worlds and those that are destined to be revealed and in all the manners that can ever appear in the worlds to the end of time.

The world is developing and entering a new era called “The Time of The Messiah,” a time when the science of Kabbalah is being revealed to the masses. Many are beginning to understand the plan for their and the world’s development. No longer is there one Kabbalist developing the desires without the consent of the masses. Now people are demanding conscious development on their own, like grown children. The Light of Hochma (the revelation of the Creator to the creatures) is beginning to be revealed in the world.
Before there was just one Kabbalist and many other individuals, but now they are beginning to come closer together. In the past, a Kabbalist would correct the desires of the masses on his level, but now in order to work together with them, he needs to descend to their level. Due to the Kabbalist’s preliminary correction of their desires, people ascend, and the Kabbalist descends toward them so that they can understand him.
For example, in his prophecy, Baal HaSulam asked the Creator to descend so that he could talk in a language that the people would understand. And although the masses and the Kabbalist are now connected by common work, the Upper Light still comes only through him due to a conscious desire from the masses. As a result, positive changes occur in the world. Without the Upper Light the world could not exist at all. Therefore, from generation to generation, Kabbalists (Yechidei Segula) worked discreetly.
However, now everything is different. Due to the preparations that were made over the course of all the generations until today, we need to begin the common conscious actions so that “All will know Me, the small and the great alike.” Humanity needs to learn that the nation of Israel has the science of Kabbalah. We need to help reveal this all together so that “the nations of the world will bring the sons of Israel on their shoulders to build the Third Temple,” the common broken soul.
We need to attain the method of correction (unification) of our souls together so that the Creator will fill us with His revelation. Mutual work is required for this, and therefore, we need to turn to all the nations of the world to explain our common task. We need to reveal the science of Kabbalah from concealment according to their demand, and all together – they due to us, and we due to them – we realize this method.
Therefore, today there is a worldwide community of people who study Kabbalah. In fact, they will bring us to this correct relationship in the whole system of the world. Everyone studying with us today is referred to as “Israel” (“Yashar El” – directly to the Creator) since everyone has a point in the heart. However, through them, we will come out to the true nations of the world, to those who are unable to awaken to spirituality on their own. As Baal HaSulam says, “The wisdom of Kabbalah will spill out of the boundaries of Israel and fill the whole world.”

The Zohar, Chapter “Lech Lecha (Go Forth),” Item 116: Woe unto the wicked of the world who do not know and do not look to understand that all that there is in the world is from the Creator, that He alone did, does, and will do all the deeds in the world. He knows in advance all that will unfold in the end, as it is written, “Declaring the end from the beginning.” And He watches and does things in the beginning in order to repeat them and to do them perfectly after some time.
The end of the action lies in the initial Plan. Everything returns from Bina to Keter and from Keter to Bina. Between them, in the upper part of a Partzuf, which relates to the Upper One, is where all the work occurs on the lower part of the Partzuf, from ZAT of Bina and down until Malchut.
We are inside Malchut and from our position we do not see the causes of the actions taking place in Bina, nor the goal that all of this must lead to, which comes from Keter. We are opposite to them due to having opposite qualities. As long as Malchut does not acquire qualities of Bina, it cannot understand Keter, the Upper Governance.

Question: If the speed of advancement and the number of discernments are essential for spiritual progress, then it is unclear what we need to do. Should we discern every state as deeply as we can or should we try to replace it with a new state as quickly as possible?
Answer: You cannot enter a new state if you haven’t finished discerning the previous one. You need to thoroughly clarify the state that you are in. The moment you finish this analysis, the state is replaced. We cannot forcefully change our states. Every state lasts until you feel that you are unable to stay in it any longer and that you need to advance. This is how material, evolutionary development occurs, and so does spiritual development.
When we begin to hate our state and are unable to stand it any longer, then this attitude forces us to come out of it. After all, hatred means distance in the spiritual world. Thus, we enter a new state. However, what is important here is the correct discernment. Otherwise, it may happen that “a fool sits with his arms folded and eats himself up.”
We need to use all the means given to us (the study, the group, and dissemination), rather than some other ephemeral opportunities which also seem real to us. If you act in order to unite with the friends, to reveal bestowal and a mutual guarantee between you so as to discover the force of bestowal, the Creator, within it, then this is the right direction for the work. If you dissipate your energy in a thousand other directions and actions, then you just waste your strength and, consequently, fall off the track of your development.
