When we return to the World of Infinity, everyone, every cell of the common soul becomes infinite as everyone else is connected to and included within me. Through me I bring them the World of Infinity. I don’t have any Light myself. Every cell connects to the Surrounding Light and receives from it. In other words, I have a personal connection with the Creator, and His Light or love flows through me to everyone else; I fulfill and serve each one of them. I complete my own piece within them from the breaking of the vessels. They didn’t need this fulfillment before as they existed in the World of Infinity as separate cells, connected in a simple existence provided by the Creator. There they had no sensation or understanding of others; everything was almost completely inanimate with only a glimmer of life – the Light of Nefesh in the desire of Keter.

Aside from my individual self there’s also the “I” that’s included in all the others since we are now all included within each other. I exist in each one of them, whether they like it or not. My individual self is my “central workplace,” the central department that is connected to all of my representatives in all the other souls. Through my inclusion in all of the souls I influence every one of them, providing for them the part I am responsible for. Everything functions like a whole-interconnected system.

Our physical body works according to the same principle. If a particular cell fails to understand the brain’s orders, then it cannot function properly. Part of the brain is also included in every cell allowing it to understand the brain and carry out its orders. And if that part of the cell doesn’t sense how it is connected to the function of all the other organs and stops functioning according to the center’s commands, then it becomes a cancerous cell or simply dies.

In other words, the breaking of the vessels gives us an opportunity to return to the World of Infinity and create a real infinity, where everyone is included in all the other cells of creation, acting like the Creator in relation to the others. In this state, I will have attained my personal likeness to the Creator since I give to all the others and they are unable to exist without it. And this is true with everyone. That is why we return to the World of Infinity, which is 613 (TARAKH) times greater. It is only a number, and we cannot actually measure its scope, as it denotes the force of interconnection of all the souls.

A question I received: We learn in the science of Kabbalah that the state of adulthood (Gadlut) has to be preceded by a state of being small (Katnut). What does this teach us in regard to spiritual work?

My Answer: Everything happens step by step. Correction is always carried out from easy to difficult. We grow in this world according to the same principle. We are given exercises and Reshimot are revealed inside us, starting from the simple ones to the more complex ones.

We need to organize our spiritual progress in the same manner, without thinking that we can skip any stage. The chain of Reshimot obliges us to go through all the states gradually, one after another. We cannot miss any state or skip any degree.

Therefore, if I am not advancing to the next state, it is a sign that I still have not realized my present state, and hence I haven’t prepared myself for a change and a transition to the next state. There are no trade-offs here. The Creator cannot “throw” you upward. That would be like asking, “Why didn’t He create me in a perfect state initially?” If He did, you would lack the desire and a sense through which to perceive that state. You need to attain it on your own.

For the same reason, you cannot jump over or skip a few degrees right now. This is impossible since you will lack the right desire. How will you feel a more elevated state if you haven’t acquired a desire, a vessel for perceiving it?

Attaining a higher state means increasing your desire, widening your vessel of perception and making it more bestowing.

If you haven’t achieved the quality of bestowal, then you will not feel it. The whole spiritual world exists here and now – so go ahead, take it, if you can. The Upper Light is at absolute rest, but you lack the right desire for it.

You are saying, “I want to jump a few degrees up!” Well, try it. You will find that you cannot make that jump. You need to ascend gradually, step by step, by developing according to the four stages. That is how you will continually ascend higher and higher.

Otherwise, spiritual ascent is impossible. The order in which the Reshimot come out is predetermined. Reshimot are instilled in us and await their turn to be realized.

The Light of Infinity is Above, and it is ready to correct you and fulfill you. However, your desire is preventing it.

Question: How do we ask the Creator to rise above the hatred and repulsion of our personal life towards others?

My Answer: Do this by disseminating Kabbalah, because we will be able to accomplish this by attracting the Light.

Question: Should we feel pleasure from disseminating?

My Answer: Yes, because the more we disseminate, the bigger is the correction that we introduce into the world.

Question: If the two million subscribers to Kabbalah were to have the intention to ask for spiritual ascent and unity at a point in time in the future and they were to commit to it for at least a week, would this not bring us closer to revealing more Light or breaking the illusion we live in? And if it were possible, could we not try by preparing a quality advertising campaign on Facebook, TV, internet radio, Twitter, and other venues to take action?

My Answer: The matter depends on all of us! Start organizing this worldwide campaign!

Question: What is the purpose of the other Kabbalah learning center in the world? If Bnei Baruch is the only learning center which provides authentic Kabbalah, is this one meant to mislead people? How can we explain this to them to be able to help them?

My Answer: We have to disseminate the authentic Kabbalistic sources and demonstrate to everyone that only free studies and a true understanding of these sources provide the Light of Correction.

Question: Why do you think that more and more people are drawing to the study of Kabbalah?

My Answer: Because you also sent a question to me, for example!

The Creator created the desire to enjoy and filled it with Light. The Creator and the creation were united as one, one desire, one Light, and one state of unity. In Kabbalah, this is called the very first state – state #1. In it, all desires, souls, and worlds are filled with the Light of Infinity as one single and simple entity. This state is held together only by the force of Light, the power of the Creator.

After the first restriction (Tzimtzum Alef) took place, the Light withdrew. Gradually, the worlds weakened the Light by creating concealment until the creation started to feel shattered into small pieces that were separated, taken apart, divided by an explosion. Every soul became a small, separate splinter of the first state that existed prior to the explosion. This is called state 2.

The difference between the first and the second state is due to the disappearance of Light. A correction will happen when those who are on the lower level will request it by raising MAN. The Light will return at their request because the splinters will desire to reunite.

There is nothing else except for this simple principle. This is what our life is all about and the goal for which we exist. We simply need to sense ourselves as separated, shattered splinters that are cut off from the united mountain and have to reunite. Only the “Light that Reforms” is able to glue us back together into a single whole. It will return us to the initial benevolent state where we were all united and worked together as well-tuned gears. Our goal is to return to this state.

Therefore, our goal consists of two parts:

1. Attain the desire to connect with each other.
2. Understand that we are unable to do it by ourselves and raise MAN – asking the Creator for help.

Our connection has to be revealed for the sake of similarity with the Creator, in order to please Him as He pleases us. By doing so, we achieve similarity with Him and reach His status.

Love is the aspiration to fulfill the desires of another person, but in order to do that I first need to understand his or her desires. If we have similar habits, thoughts, and perceptions of reality, then I understand and know how to fulfill the other’s desires. In other words, I can express my love.

It doesn’t matter whether my love is physical or spiritual. The key is that I fulfill another person’s desire. But what should I do if I don’t understand his or her desire? It then becomes necessary to have desires that are somewhat similar to those of our loved ones.

In Kabbalah this is called “similarity of form.” No doubt each of us has different desires, but in order for me to understand you, the form of your desire should be similar to that of mine. This will enable me to create an inner model that is similar to your desire and from this model to know how and what I can give to you. In imaging your desire within myself, I understand how I would feel in receiving the same fulfillment. Since I know that you want the same thing, I am able to satisfy your desire.

After the breaking of the common soul, a piece of my soul remained in the World of Infinity, where it is connected with all the other parts. When I correct myself now, I correct that little part’s connections with all the others, rather than correcting the little part itself.

Initially all our desires were connected together by the force of the Light, the Upper Force. I wasn’t aware of my actions then; I was giving to others and was receiving from them as well because the Light directed us to do so. This is how we existed in the World of Infinity – the Kli (vessel) of Keter was filled with the Light of Nefesh, and the Kli was kept in this condition by the force of the Upper Light.

However, now it’s not enough for us to be simply connected. When we return to that connection after the breaking, with each one of us being a small vessel of desire (Kli), we come to understand the entire system, the complete common body of the soul. We gain awareness of it and grasp all of infinity, and acquire the knowledge of how to connect with others, how to bestow upon them, and give them life.

Therefore, the breaking was necessary in order for everyone to mix together with all the others and for each of us to have the necessary informational records (Reshimot). Now, when we begin to awaken after the breaking, everyone are beginning to feel how these mutual inclusions in one other are surfacing in us in a corrupted form, expressed as hideous hatred towards all. If we don’t correct ourselves, there won’t be any person in the world you would want to be alive. Even though he doesn’t bother you directly, you will still want him to die.

This will be the common feeling of everyone; we will all want for the others to disappear because every person includes everything in his broken desire. The only way out is to correct this system.

A question I received: What is matter and form in spirituality? What is the desire of the World of Infinity? Why do you always draw it as a circle?

My Answer: A circle symbolizes spiritual perfection and equality. There is nothing lower or higher, or to the left or the right of something else. Everything and everyone is equal in relation to the center of a circle.

Matter is desire and form is the particular thing I desire. Equivalence of form is when we want the same thing, and a difference in form is when we want different things. All the various particular desires still exist in the World of Infinity, yet they unite together and become equivalent because they desire to give to each other, to integrate, and to understand each other. In fact, each incorporates the others within itself.

It follows that my task is to turn myself into the World of Infinity. I am a part of the World of Infinity, being a small organ of the common soul. In order to connect with others, I need to absorb all their desires, the desires of the entire World of Infinity. I need to become equal to that circle and include everything within me, so it will all be mine. Then I will understand what everyone wants and will be able to provide it. I will be able to express my infinite love to everyone.

Every part of the common soul must include all the others within itself. But how can we do this? This is why the breaking of the vessels occurred – in order for all the pieces to mix together and become integrated in each other. Now everyone consists of others. Knowing this, we can appreciate the breaking and understand where it has brought us and how essential it was. Without the breaking, I wouldn’t be able understand anyone or absorb their desires. I wouldn’t be able to connect with them and reach the World of Infinity.

When you connect with other people on the level of spiritual desire, corporeality gradually loses its value. Of course, you still have to help people to live by the laws of society, but you start to see that there are deeper reasons and a purpose for everything taking place.

All your sensations start to focus on your connection and relationship with the Creator. You reveal that others also desire the Creator and they really need your help with this. You are all in one boat and you help each other navigate and arrive to the common goal.

This is what the Creator desires as well. He is the One that determines all our actions from the beginning. We have to leave our own desires behind and connect to the Creator and His desire as much as we are able to grasp and understand Him. We can only act to the extent that we can carry out His desire.

Everything else goes against the process of spiritual development, no matter how “cruel” or “inhuman” this statement seems to us. Indeed, it’s not human – it’s divine! But in the meantime we aren’t able to understand it.

Therefore, we shouldn’t abandon our studies and seek to help all those who suffer. We should understand that we can’t help them this way. There is only one thing that can help, because everything comes from Above, from the Upper Light: this Light is lacking a desire to clothe into, and that is why we are witnessing so many disasters in our world.

We have to create a vessel in our world that is able to accept the Upper Light. Then, instead of all the catastrophes we experience, we will feel positive changes of the same force or even greater.

Life teaches us that there is no other way to overcome these tragedies. With every passing day, life on earth will become more dangerous. So if we don’t take the right path, we might see tectonic plates shifting in the near future, with all that this implies.

A question I received: Why does the Upper One want to give to the lower one if he is in the state of Hafetz Hesed, meaning not wanting anything for himself?

My Answer: It’s not that the Upper One wants to give to the lower one, but it’s the Reshimot (informational genes) of the lower one that awaken the Upper One. Similarly, in our world we don’t give birth to children because we want to become parents of our own accord. Rather, the Reshimot of those who have to be born awaken our desire to become parents. With the help of a Reshimo, a future person that has to be born from you awakens in you a thought to give birth to him.

A question I received: Should I try to understand the meaning of every word while reading The Book of Zohar?

My Answer: We should swim along with the current with the story. We are reading about what is happening inside our soul similar to how we’d read a book about the physiology of a human body. It tells about the body’s metabolism, the different organs, how they influence each other, what kind of electrical and chemical reactions and processes are going on, and so on.

Well, a spiritual organism is an exact copy of a physical one. The difference is that with our physical body, we are unaware of all the thousands of systems inside it, whereas when studying our soul, they are revealed to us. Thus, the main thing while reading The Book of Zohar is the internal search – where is it inside me?
