Why this change of tactic between the sages of the Mishnah and the sages of the Talmud? If,” I, the Lord, do not change” on who’s authority was this change made?  Not that I crave mortification of the flesh, however, if it is a quicker path to the goal, I am willing to try it!  -or think I am.
  And what is this “Upper Governance”? How can one change the Upper?
